If you make a search on Google or YouTube, you may find some DJ scratching effect tutorials using Xfer Serum. 

Of course, with such presets, I too have been using Xfer Serum, but this was built differently in a sense that if you watched or really followed the tutorial online, all they are using is just noise; they just manipulate noise. The presets I am designing use oscillators and also make good use of the pitch along with several parameters. In this way, these presets can be modified ad infinitum to create new ones.
